Our Mission

Our school is honored and dedicated to carrying out the great work of Dr. Maria Montessori. 

This great work gives us knowledge and understanding of the human being from birth. The learning environments are purposefully designed to meet each child where they are developmentally, are rich in subject matter, and offer every child an active role in working to their unique potential. Montessori education is not a curriculum.  It is a philosophy and pedagogy that addresses the whole child, mentally, physically and spiritually. Montessori teachers are educated to be observant and to honor and guide each child. Montessori stated, children are in the state of self construction, becoming citizens of the world. It is through taking learning into their own hands, even before three years of age, that they will become confident, independent and respectful members of society.
